The story continues. One week removed from the Department of Veterans Affairs announcing a new award decision (again) for this File Conversion Services contract, a new protest was filed with GAO.

New Contract Award Decision: $31M VA Acquisition Support Services IDIQ
After a series of post-award protests, VA recently terminated the initially awarded contract, and has made a new award decision, with this SDVOSB (and one of the protestors) beating out 20 other bidders to secure this new IDIQ.

Contract Award: $312M GSA OCIO IT Development and O&M Support services
This global technology innovator, leading advances in AI, automation and hybrid cloud solutions beat out 3 other bidders to win a 5-year task order to provide IT O&M and development services in support of both existing and future GSA IT applications.

Fresh Protest Filed: $100M FDA PACS IDIQ award
The back and forth continues. Both known active protests filed with GAO in relation to this 5-year single-award IDIQ contract to provide the FDA with a range of Professional, Administrative, and Consulting Services have now been dismissed. (again)

Contract Award: $28M Commerce Dept USPTO Patent Center IT DME and O&M support
This 8(a) EDWOSB was just awarded a new 5+ Year contract to provide the USPTO Patent Center with a range of development, modernization, enhancement and operations support services.

Protest Filed: $166M US Space Systems Command Financial Support Services Contract
A protest has been levied with GAO related to this recently awarded US Air Force US Space Systems Command requirement.

Contract Award: DHS FEMA EDAMI FEMADex Pilot Phase and Agile Pilot Delivery
Adding to its extensive history in support of the FEMA, this JV, which brings a rich base of experience from two firms work together supporting DHS, was just awarded a CIO-SP3 SB task order.

Fresh Protest Filed: $43M USPTO Program Management Planning and Analysis IDIQ
Nearly 7 months after the latest GAO protest was dismissed, a new protest has been filed in relation to this recently awarded single-award IDIQ assisting USPTO in managing a variety of short and long term projects.

Contract Award: $800M USAID Central America Regional Support Services (CARSS) IDIQ
Sometimes protest do pay off. Shortly after seeing the latest challenge with GAO dismissed, a new awardee has been added to this recently awarded multiple-award IDIQ in support of the U.S. Agency for International Development.

Accenture wins $457M VBA Digital GI Bill (DGIB) support services contract
This leading US federal services company, which has served every cabinet-level department and some of the largest federal organizations for more than 30 years, was awarded a 4-year support task with the VA VBA.
