OS AI recently received a request from a well-established SDVOSB and current major partner to Veterans Affairs who is looking for “serial innovators” to build out its team for the $14B IHT 2.0 opportunity.

If you meet any of the areas of need, please comment below or contact us here to let us know of your interest and we will make an introduction.

Specific Areas of Need

  • Health Information Systems
  • Healthcare data analytics
  • Large scale patient data analytics
  • Leveraging AI/ML for health solutions
  • HIPAA Cyber Security Solutions
  • Health Policy research and development

As background, the VHA IHT IDIQ contract was awarded on April 1, 2020, with a period of performance that included a 5-year base period and one 5-year option period. Due to high utilization by VHA Programs responding to COVID-19, the Presidential Transition, and myriad legislation passed since IHT’s inception, the spend on this contract was nearing its original maximum contract value in fewer than 3 years. This past Spring, VA announced plans to increase the current contract maximum value by $450M to allow Task Order competitions to continue until the next IDIQ is solicited and awarded (1-year maximum ordering permitted under the approved Justification and Approval).

The next iteration of the Department of Veterans Affairs Integrated Healthcare Transformation (IHT) contract will play a pivotal role in driving forward an organizational overhaul aimed at enhancing the capacity of the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) to deliver seamless, top-notch, and integrated healthcare services, accessible at all times and across all locations.

We are a consulting firm, in the business of helping organizations implement high-priority change initiatives that affect more than 10K employees, have a >$1 million impact, and must be accomplished within 90 days.

We have provided these benefits to both public and fortune 500 private sector clients including the FBI, Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Apple, Deloitte, and Coca-Cola.

Like most companies in our industry, our website and marketing collateral lists half a dozen services, but we have two core services that provide the most value to our clients; they are transformation/change management and learning & development.

We are a WOSB and would love the opportunity to discuss how we can contribute to a winning IHT 2 bid in more detail.
