It is unclear if the reason for the delay in the RFP release is directly related to the barrage of recent protests filed on the $1B CMS ACME IDIQ, but that won’t stop the announced Prime contract awardees, and their key sub partners, from gearing up to bid on this 5-year CMS ISFC requirement.

8(a) EDWOSB scores U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) IM/IT Support Services contract
Award details have now been posted, showing that this 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB providing end-to-end lifecycle IT and telecommunications solutions was awarded a new three-year contract to provide a range of IM/IT support services.

Contract Award: USDA ARS Administrative and Financial Management (AFM) support BPA
Awardees are starting to be named for this 5-year BPA to provide purchase card support services to the USDA Agricultural Research Service.

Protest Dismissed: $114M USDA FPAC Farm Programs Software Delivery Services Award
The lone known active GAO protest in relation to this recently awarded and heavily competed 5-year USDA contract to provide DME and O&M technical services for FSA has now been dismissed.

Contract Award: $20M CMS Patient Safety Measure Development and Maintenance
This large consultancy, that applies expertise at the intersection of data, methods, policy, and practice, beat out two other bidders to win a 5-year MIDS task order in support of CMS.

Protest Dismissed: Army Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) IT Engineering and Services Support (ITESS)
The lone known active GAO protest filed concerning this heavily competed US Army CCoE IT Engineering and Services Support (ITESS) requirement has now been dismissed.

Contract Award: $34M DHA Military Health System Virtual Health support
This 8(a) SDB was awarded a 4 1/2-year task order to provide the Defense Health Agency with program management, technical and administrative support services.

Protest Filed: Treasury Department OCC Community Reinvestment Act Software
A formal protest has been filed in relation to this Office of the Comptroller of the Currency requirement for Software as a Service software application.

ICF wins Treasury Department OCIO FARS Applications O&M support services contract
This global consulting and technology services company, was awarded a new 5 1/2-year Enterprise Business Solutions ADSS BPA task order to support the Financial Analysis and Reporting System (FARS) applications.
