The RFP for this contract to obtain system development services to complete development of the modernized, cloud-based enterprise data analytic FEMA Data Exchange (FEMADex) system using Agile methodologies is expected to be released on January 31, 2024 on GSA MAS.
FEMADex is managed by the FEMA Enterprise Data and Analytic Modernization Initiative (EDAMI) Program. The Development Phase will lead to the Initial Operational Capability (IOC) and Full Operational Capability (FOC) milestones as EDAMI reports on cost, schedule, and performance metrics to measure progress.
