This requirement is for contractor to provide technical expertise and analytical project management execution support for the DLA R&D SUBNET and SCM-S Programs. The accomplishment of these objectives requires demonstrated skill and knowledge across a full spectrum of the DLA R&D programs.
The scope of the effort includes the following:
- Perform all tasks using sound management and repeatable processes.
- Support the PMs project portfolio consisting of simulation, modeling and technical projects; and
- Provide technical support to manage risk to help the PMs ensure that the projects meet cost, schedule and performance requirements.
- The Contractor will:
- Provide analytical support in determining technical issues associated with improvements in capabilities needed by DLA HQ and the various field activities of DLA
- Assist in the development of strategies, plans, approaches, and procedures for determining DLA SUBNET and SCM-S Program projects
