The Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) program was created to solve Defense Agency financial management problems through standard end-to-end business processes delivered by Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirement to acquire Program Management Office (PMO) Support Services to assist in the accomplishment of the DAI program while supporting the DAI Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS 12.2.x) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application.
The Contractor shall:
Provide services for strategic planning, governance support, planning, execution, and programmatic transition support for all aspects of the DAI initiative.
Provide oversight of System Development Lifecycle Services, to include:
- Providing technical, functional, and professional support required to assist DAI in performing technical advisory and oversight work throughout the Systems Development Lifecycle to produce requirements, design, and development policies, procedures, and activities, including creation of artifacts…
- Provide PMO Communication and Change Management Support Services
The Contractor shall provide communications support services within the DAI program office, communications with DAI stakeholders across DOD and communications and public outreach efforts with departments and agencies outside DOD. Communications services shall include:
- General public affairs and outreach activities such as:
- Written and graphical material
Information materials and annual reports, fact sheets, talking points, key messages, newsletters, and answers to frequently asked questions
- Brochures
- Education and training material
- Briefings and graphical material such as MS PowerPoint (or equivalent) presentations …
