DLA Information Operations has a requirement for professional services assisting with the Enterprise Workflow Support Capability (EWSC) and to provide associated technical support. EWSC is an enterprise- wide Information System (I.S.) whose mission is to support DLA customers by providing tailored software solutions to assist in performing individual business processes and/or meet workflow-based business requirements.
EWSC is considered an administrative enabler, providing DLA customers real-time data exchanges with the ability to implement business processes, track metrics, and automate work products efficacy, thereby improving productivity / reducing costs incurred to the Government. The current iteration of EWSC consists of a multi-tenant virtual infrastructure supporting approximately 1,000 end users world-wide and around the clock.
The entirety of EWSC includes (but is not limited to) all current and future capabilities, solutions, applications, environment instances (such as Development, Test, Stage, Production, Recovery, etc.), modules, software, sub/ancillary software, batch programs, data, databases, servers, virtual machines, interfaces, reporting, equipment, hardware, documentation, tooling, networking, security, architecture / design, and technologies that are necessary to provide or leveraged / part of the construct.
The services provided by the contractor must (at a minimum) include support of the entirety of EWSC via the following:
- System Administration Support
- System Design and Enterprise Architecture Support
- Operational, Technical, Maintenance, Patching, and Upgrade Support
- Testing, Evaluation, and Documentation Support
- End User / Customer, Integration, and Stakeholder Integration Services (SIS)
- Information Assurance (IA) Support
- Configuration Support
- System Training Support
- Project Management Support
- System Life-Cycle Support …
