DLA RFI: Document Automation Content Services (DACS) Support ReCompete

The Contractor will be required to perform tasks such as the following:

The contractor will be responsible for providing program and project management for the DACS solution and all Tasks within this Task Order. This program management support shall encompass program planning along with oversight, schedule, risk, communications, staff, and stakeholder management as directed by the COR in accordance with the general standards put forth by DOD and DLA. The contractor shall implement disciplined, comprehensive, and flexible program management processes including monitoring of project metrics, rigorous and proactive issue and risk management. The contractor shall ensure that all work performed within the task order is completed in a timely manner as defined by the government COR for all DACS, see Appendix A for DACS listing.

To provide the project management support, the contractor must designate a Task Order Project Manager The contractor shall coordinate work carried out under the Task Order with the Government on all contractual and business issues.  The Task Order Project manager is expected to be available for contact during normal work hours of the primary Government place of performance as defined in section 2.6 “Performance Requirements” and 2.8 “Place of Performance”, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Government. The responsibilities of the Task Order Project Manager shall continue for the entire term of the task order. To perform this Task, the contractor Task Order Project Manager will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

1. Manage daily operations and all projects
2. Reporting any required information to DLA
3. Risk Assessments, mitigation, and performance management
4. Ensure all deliverables are delivered on time
5. Attend meetings as directed by the COR or Contracting Officer …

The Period of Performance (POP) shall be for a period of twelve (12) months with an anticipated start date of 4 April 2025 through 3 April 2026.  There will be four 12-month option periods.
