DHS CBP to compete Strategic Planning and Analysis Directorate (SPAD) task on EBMSS BPA

The latest word out of DHS is that an RFP for this requirement is expected to be released as early as mid March as unrestricted competition on the Enterprise Business Management Support Services (EBMSS) BPA.

Scope: U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol, Strategic Planning and Analysis Directorate (SPAD), has a requirement for Program Management support including Strategic Support Services to assist SPAD in reaching its strategic goals efficiently and effectively across several key initiatives, including but not limited to: strategic transformation initiatives, communications to articulate a unified vision across the Directorate, development of success metrics for large-scale SPAD initiatives, solutions to increase efficiencies in project management activities and operations, an additional ad-hoc support for sensitive and high-priority initiatives as needed by SPAD’s leadership team.
