Black River Systems Co. Inc., Utica, New York, was awarded a $55,000,000 time and material indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for Ninja software upgrades. This contract provides for new capability development and sustainment software development for Ninja systems. Work will be performed at Utica, New York, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 27, 2028. This contract was a sole source acquisition. No funds are being obligated at time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Force Protection Division, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity (FA8730-23-D-B005). (Awarded Sept. 27, 2023)
