Yesterday I closed this chapter on my career at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Every day serving our nation’s heroes has been a privilege. 🎗️ 🙌 I am immensely grateful for the teams that surrounded me over the past 14 years, each one persistently dedicated to our mission. Thanks to you, my passion for serving Veterans and servicemembers burns stronger than ever.
🚀 I’m excited to share my new adventure in the coming weeks, but today I want to focus on that gratitude: gratitude for our Veterans’ service and sacrifice, gratitude to the VA employees who work tirelessly to fulfill our commitment to our heroes, gratitude for my teammates who drove toward our goals with a relentless mission focus, and gratitude for my family who continue to support my own mission focus in every possible way.
