Army Sources Sought: Manpower for IT Support Services

The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Tenant Division, located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Information Technology (IT) Support Services fulfilling the US Army Communications- Electronics Command (CECOM) mission.

This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide services that include Desktop and Lifecycle Support Services at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD; Desktop Support Services at Fort Huachuca, AZ; Server, Database, Cloud, and Cyber Security Administration; Video Teleconference (VTC) and Audio-Visual Systems (AV) Support; Website Development Support; SharePoint Development and

Administrative Support; and Mobility Device Support at CECOM. In addition contract will provide network support services at the 20th CBRNE at APG. The Contractor shall provide and maintain; all management, supervision, labor, training, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, facilities, transportation, travel, licenses, permits, certificates, certifications, insurance, preemployment screenings, reports, files and non-personal services necessary to perform the functions as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. All solutions and services shall be performed in accordance with all Department of Defense (DoD) and Army policies, regulations, standards and procedures. It is the inherent responsibility of the installation Network Enterprise Center (NEC) to monitor NIPRnet and SIPRnet network activity and user rights and privileges. The Contractor performing IT Services on this contract shall comply with the NEC network rules and regulations when performing contractual responsibilities as set forth herein.
