Scope. This support requires the use of contractor services. The services procured shall (a) support a wide range of acquisition system Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities; (b) bolster support for OJP priorities with the Department of Justice (DOJ) PMO and external system owners, including integrated Award Environment (IAE) and egov efforts (c) improve transparency, data quality, and communications (d) administration of acquisition system applications; (e) create and maintain key system documentation; (f) ensure that OJP acquisition system applications comply with all OJP/DOJ and federal security requirements; (g) support OJP acquisition operations ensuring alignment and adherence to federal, OJP/DOJ policies, regulations, laws and reporting requirements. AMD is a small procurement office with approximately 21 FTE when fully staffed. AMD has approximately 100 CORs and 11 Govt Purchase Card Holders.
With OJP’s implementation of Unified Financial Management System (UFMS), SharePoint systems, and In-House systems and tools, Acquisition Management Division (AMD) staff will continue to need support for a wide range of acquisition system support activities. The nature of the work performed by AMD necessitates that the individuals assigned will have access to and work with OJP Personally Identification Information (PII). AMD requires support with the day-to-day management and operational activities including, but not limited to the following:
- UFMS O&M Support;
- System Administration Support;
- SharePoint and Division Intranet Site Support;
- In-House System Support;
- System and Program Documentation and Communications Support;
- Compliance, Policy and Reporting;
- Audit and Security Support;
- Metrics and Analysis ;
- System support for external systems [example: Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS), System for Award Management (SAM), Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS), DOJ Contract Opportunities Dashboard
