The contractor shall provide Preventive and Demand Maintenance Work Order Management Services for Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) Directorate of Public Works (DPW). This must be accomplished while maintaining required data standards, integrity, and compatibility across the organization. The objective of this contract is to provide support to meet the functional requirements of DPW and their customers. This must be accomplished while meeting guidelines set forth in Army’s Policies and Guidelines (IMCOM’s Facility Preventive Maintenance Guide).

Para 1-2, It is IMCOM’s policy to manage, record, execute and track maintenance activities through the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS). Para 2-3-3, It is essential that contracted maintenance activities be monitored utilizing the same systems as Government maintained systems. Para 4-1, The Maintenance Management of IMCOM Facilities and Infrastructure is required by IE&E Funding Guidance and Army Regulations. It is mandatory for IMCOM Garrisons to establish a Facilities and Infrastructure Maintenance Program, which is managed, recorded, executed, and tracked in GFEBS. Para 4-5, Facility Maintenance performance will be monitored utilizing approved enterprise software systems such as ISR Services, GFEBS and in the future Sustainment Management Systems (SMS) such as BUILDER, RAILER, and PAVER. This contract will ensure the continued development of a process for validation, collection, and tagging of asset data required by IMCOM to maintain efficient operations at USAGAPG.
