Most of us were caught by surprise when the RFI for the 10-year $60.7B T4NG2 dropped last month, with the Government outlining a highly aggressive timeline for release of the draft and final solicitation, as well as award. And perhaps many were equally surprised when the draft RFP dropped on Friday. Accomplished between swim meets, basketball games, the NFL playoffs, and today’s holiday, here are some initial thoughts based on a weekend read.
