Ibility welcomes Clive Ballard as Vice President of Veterans Affairs

We are thrilled to announce that Clive Ballard has joined Ibility as our new Vice President of Veterans Affairs, focusing on growing our VA market! 🌟

Clive brings over 20 years of experience leading large-scale transformation efforts, driving strategic growth, and delivering operational excellence across healthcare and government sectors. He is a recognized technical expert in designing and implementing strategic plans, management frameworks, and continual improvement mechanisms that enhance performance and mission success. His expertise spans healthcare systems operations, quality and safety integration, and process optimization, with a strong focus on achieving measurable results.

Throughout his career, Clive has guided multi-stakeholder initiatives, advised federal leaders on national strategies and policies, and spearheaded program evaluations and performance improvement efforts that have led to substantial savings and efficiency gains. His leadership has been instrumental in the successful delivery of numerous high-impact programs and projects, demonstrating his ability to innovate and execute at scale.

Clive holds a Master’s Degree in Program and Project Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from The University of Edinburgh. In addition to his academic credentials, he is certified in Lean Six Sigma and has completed advanced business strategy and executive leadership training.

When Clive isn’t driving strategic initiatives, he keeps busy with his rotating list of hobbies, including mountain biking, golf, and whatever his two sons are interested in at the moment—currently, it’s model trains and rockets! 🚀
