VA Office of the CTO adds USDS Digital Services leader as permanent Director of Engineering

This experienced and hands-on technical leader, executive consultant, enterprise solutions architect, who recently served USDS leading efforts to establish an SRE team and a reliability focused culture for the platform that powers VA.gov, has taken on a new role with VA.

Bill Chapman is now listed as Director of Engineering – Office of the CTO at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
