December RFP for DHS CISA SED Stakeholder Relationship Management and Knowledge Management Support

VETS 2 Primes will want to take note as the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency recently announced recompete timing for this 5-year task order in support of the Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED).

A focus of this contract is to provide the SED with support and expertise in information technology (IT) program management, analytics, and training functions to operationalize the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)’s Stakeholder Relationship Management (SRM) and Stakeholder Engagement Knowledge Management (KM) Programs. Specific tasks associated with this project include SRM Data Analytics and Reporting, SRM End-User Training (including the development of End-User guides, desk references, and other documentation), and SRM and KM program governance.

This is a recompete of a contract last awarded in 2020 to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned IT Strategy and Management Consulting firm Strategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO), which drew 5 bidders. See contract details and spend to date here (47QTCH18D0059-70RCSA20FR0000127)

STOPSO is the incumbent and a clear front-runner, but we do expect a number of firms to take a run at securing this contract.
