Business Case shall demonstrate a solution and or approach to meet the Objectives Statement utilizing Low Code Application Platforms (LCAP) Appian and or Salesforce. Vendor’s proposed solution shall accomplish the following:
- Interface with applications on existing LCAP used to manage Inter-Agency Agreements and Invoice customers. These include Customer Account Module (CAM) Interagency Agency Agreements (IAA) and PRICES (Invoices sent to customer agencies.)
- Adhere to the Government’s platform governance model for software development and deployment
- Ability to store patient health records.
- Ability to adapt and respond to security related events such as Department of Homeland Security Emergency Directives, Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Computer Security Incident Response Center, and other data calls.
- Reduce the Government’s Information Technology (IYT) system footprint, minimizing the time, effort, and cost needed to maintain legacy systems and Authority to Operate while providing increased functionality, capabilities, access to data and production time.
- Microservices module approach focusing on:
- Customer Module
- Data Catalog Module
- Scheduling Module
- Provider Module
- Billing Module
- Eligibility of Services Module
- Data Lake (or similar reporting features)
- Electric Health Record
