This is a 100% SDVOSB Set Aside with a size standard of $40 Million.
The contractor shall supply all required labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation, and certifications necessary to maintain Release of Information Services for the Veterans Affairs Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS) which includes the main hospital and the Kietzke Health Administration Service location. Services provided by the contractor shall be on-site defined as VASNHCS owned or leased property as well as off-site defined as contractor own property.
The Release of Information Service (ROI): Contractor shall provide four (4) experienced Medical/Legal Release of Information (ROI) representatives and (1) Back Up to work at the VA Reno offices. Requires NACI low level/OPM Security Background Investigations and Personal Identification Verification (PIV). Staff will work on-site to provide customer service and ROI processing at the hospital’s Veterans Business Center and the Kietzke Health Administration Service office.
Contractor shall provide ROI customer service via phones, faxes, mail, and processing for records requests.
Demographics and Workload Statistics: Contractor shall provide trained ROI customer representative on-site personnel at identified sites.
