USMC RFI: Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Support Services

Required support includes sustainment of the USMC portion of the established Department of Defense (DoD) Information Network (DoDIN): Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET) Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), National Security Systems (NSS) Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) PKI, and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Gray PKI.

Requirements for the Contractor Program, Project and Task Management function include:

1. Provide staff augmentation supporting overall, on-site, day-to-day operations of Marine Corps PKI and its inherent operations, projects; costs; personnel; planning; and quality control necessary to ensure effective contract performance within Marine Corp PKI
2. Provide PKI Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support NSS, DoD, and Marine Corps PKI initiatives to include DoD PKI and DoD CIO working groups both scheduled and ad-hoc; provide documentation review and recommendations to the Government Program Managers
3. Ensure Contractor personnel accessing information systems meet the applicable training, certification, and security clearance requirements
4. Manage and execute the projects and tasks for the Government Program Managers and Technical Leads as appropriate and as required
5. Routinely conduct in-depth reviews to identify progress, risks, and other issues that impact the success of operations and projects
