USCIS RFQ: Website Organization and Design

The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Office of Contracting, is issuing an unrestricted. Request for Quote (RFQ) 70SBUR24Q00000148 with the intent to make one (1) award for the Website Organization and Design Software in accordance with the Description of Requirements (DOR) and salient characteristics.

United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has a requirement to award a contract to procure a graphical design application. The purpose of the application is to provide wireframes and prototypes used in user interface design. This will be a full and open market solicitation.

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The following factors and subfactors shall be used to evaluate offers:

Factor 1. Software Interface Capability Subfactor(s) Requirements

• Cloud-based, real-time collaboration for remote teams (asynchronous viewing and editing)
• Provides functionality that optimizes handoff of design files to provide autogenerated wireframe specifications and viable ‘production-ready’ code snippets
• Supports various roles for team members with varying levels of permissions (viewers, editors, admins, owners)
• Creates high-fidelity, ‘production-ready’ wireframes and shareable, interactive prototype from utilizing a centralized library of sharable design components
• Integration with other collaboration tools (Storybook, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams)
• Security features that keep designs and code safe (password encrypted links, workspaces separated by teams, restriction of external guests’ access).
• Imports images, vector art, video files, and animated gifs (for instance: SVG, Sketch, png, and jpg files)

Period of Performance: 07/01/2024 to 06/30/2025
