The Department of the Air Force (DAF) and its legal offices (including but not limited to the Judge Advocate General Corps, the Office of Special Trial Counsel, and the Office of Special Investigations) are seeking to acquire cloud based (Cloud One or Gov/Mil Cloud) eDiscovery Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
This PWS requires the Contractor to provide the DAF with a FedRAMP-approved SAAS eDiscovery solution at DoD Impact Level-5 (IL-5) in a manner that meets the requirements in this document and has the required security controls, data protection functions, and associated documentation to comply with all federal, DoD and AF information technology and cybersecurity requirements, including the DoD Cloud Computing Security Resource Guide (CC SRG) and obtaining and maintaining an Air Force authority-to-operate (ATO). The Contractor must also provide helpdesk support and operations and maintenance (O&M) support, including free access to all patches and updates, to ensure system availability and optimal performance throughout the duration of the contract. Additionally, this PWS includes requirements for related support and training services.
The period of performance for this contract will be a base period of twelve months and four option periods of twelve months each.
