The Secretary of the Air Force Office of the Chief Information Officer (SAF/CN) is conducting market intelligence to identify sources for a potential requirement for Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS).
The overarching objective of this US Air Force contract will be to obtain contracted services and personnel resources to execute and directly support and provide the appropriate breadth to guide, inform, and constrain architecture efforts across the Air Force to achieve data-driven informed decisions that best support our customers, critically the Warfighter.

“Scope – The general scope of this work is broken into multiple categories:

- Cyber Security Support
- ITAM & EIT Portfolio Management Support
- Governance & Audit Support
These tasks are to support the Cybersecurity and Workforce Development to meet the critical requirements for security. Efforts will include documentation which will allow CIO to analyze current workforce capabilities against new cybersecurity requirements, identify those personnel in critical cybersecurity positions, ensure training and certifications meet minimum requirements for Cyber IT/CSWF, and document a plan to fill mission critical positions.
Through this contract DAF CIO will coordinate, oversee, and monitor all responsibilities associated with the operational capability and Warfighting requirements process and achieving information dominance.
The contractor shall provide support to the listed functional areas in regard to but not limited to, the tasks outlined in each of the functional areas in the below PWS. The functional area tasks are listed in general terms and the Government will work closely with the contractor to provide the necessary reference documents, format and information needed for the tasks or document packages. The contractor shall have CMMI Maturity Level (ML) 3 Services.
