The 8(a) small business community who supports CISA will want to take notice as the latest word out of DHS Office of the CIO is that the recompete of the Business Transformation Support Services (Process Automation) requirement, now renamed CFOM, is expected to be competed as an 8(a) set-aside. The RFP is tentatively expected to be released in early May.
