Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is exploring interest and capability for a potential Depot Maintenance Operations Planning System (DMOPS) Support Services requirement in support of the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff
The scope of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) is to provide support services to the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff (ODCS), Army G4:
Provide technical and analytical support to integrate information from disparate data sources into one program and budget-tracking system for the Army Organic Industrial Base (OIB), which allows each organization to determine unique business rules and interface with the agency’s Program Objective Memorandum (POM), Budget Estimate Submission (BES), and President’s Budget (PB). The Depot Maintenance Operations Planning System (DMOPS), records previous year executed workload, current year projections, forecasted funding and obligated workload for reporting against the Congressional organic and contract workload distribution report.
DMOPS integrates information from disparate data sources into one program and budget-tracking system, which allows each organization to determine unique business rules and interface with the agency’s POM, BES, and PB. The DMOPS sponsor is Army G4.
