This most recent task order win to support the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) Director is the just the latest in a string of notable contract awards to kick off the new year for this consultancy which is able to combine a legacy of over 60 years of federal expertise with its innovation ecosystem, while striving to minimize time to value and accelerate mission success.

The scope of this new 5-year task order awarded to LMI is to support the NHLBI Director’s vision for the staff-driven pursuit of excellence and the transitioning of the Institute to a shared leadership/corporate decision-making organization that exhibits both trans-NHLBI and trans-NIH collaboration, transparency, process improvements, and staff engagement through expert consultation related to change management, executive coaching, business transformation, scientific process optimization, and strategic initiatives.

This is the first significant task awarded on the new Multiple-Award NHLBI Lead, Empower, Advance and Develop (LEAD) BPA III.
