“The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) intends to negotiate and award a GSA task order without providing for full and open competition (including brand-name) to Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc., McLean, VA (the incumbent contractor) to extend the “NIAMS IT Applications Development Services and Support (AppsDev)” task order to ensure continuation of services while a protest is resolved. It is anticipated that one award will be made around September 2023 for a period of three (3) months. ”
“It is anticipated that one firm fixed-price task order, to include five (5) task areas as listed below, will be issued in September 2023 for a period of three (3) months to ensure continuity of services while a protest is resolved.”
