Fairfax, VA – August 24, 2022 – Gunnison Consulting Group, Inc. (“Gunnison”) today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary CENTERPOINT, a leading provider of cybersecurity services, has been successfully awarded the Library of Congress Information System Security Officer (ISSO) Support contract. This single award contract includes a 6-month base period of performance and four one-year option periods with a total estimated award value of $23 million.
“Gunnison-CENTERPOINT is honored to win this contract and we look forward to delivering comprehensive security support services to the Library,” said Sean Fromm, Gunnison’s Senior Vice President whose division will provide the support to the Library. Mr. Fromm continued, “We appreciate the critical nature of this contract and our role in supporting the organization’s mission to protect IT systems and data, including the IT aspects of the collection, without impairing the Library’s ability to provide information to the Congress and the American people.”
“With the closing of the CENTERPOINT acquisition only four months ago, we could not be more excited about the phenomenal start this award represents as our first joint submission and win,” said Ed Silva, Gunnison’s Chief Strategy Officer and former CENTERPOINT Chief Executive Officer. “CENTERPOINT’s cyber capabilities are a perfect complement to the Gunnison portfolio of Digital Services and Intelligence & Automation capabilities we bring to the federal market.”
