Ryan McArthur is now listed as Public Sector CTO with Zscaler. He most recently served as Program Manager leading a team of over 60 professionals responsible for engineering, cybersecurity, technology department, acquisition oversight, and managing/coordinating with four Cloud Service Providers PMOs that support 4.3 million users across the DoD Enterprise.
