In this role Lakina provides oversight of technology insertion management of Center capabilities, and the development, implementation and maintenance of systems engineering policies, processes, tools, and training across the Center and oversees collaboration with Wings to support Education Partnership Agreements (EPA) and Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA).
