USCIS wants to obtain professional services for the Office of Information Technology (OIT) to support the deployment of business process automation capabilities, operationalize new and existing use cases, support the use and compliance of the Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline and related Infrastructure (OI), pilot use cases and integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) capabilities.
