USCIS wants to obtain professional services for the Office of Information Technology (OIT) to support the deployment of business process automation capabilities, operationalize new and existing use cases, support the use and compliance of the Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline and related Infrastructure (OI), pilot use cases and integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) capabilities. The agency wants to buy technical expertise to collect, analyze stakeholder requirements, design, develop, test and document use cases, train and refine Machine Learning (ML) model for document processing, manage Community of Practice (CoP), conduct training and outreach for agency business units and offices. Incumbent contract was titled Business Process Automation (BPA).
