HSAI leads the planning and delivery of acquisition recruitment, development, training, and certification across the Department. HSAI’s workforce development program includes several distinct acquisition certification programs covering a wide range of disciplines across the entire acquisition lifecycle, which ultimately address the training and development needs of approximately 13,000 acquisition professionals in the Department. HSAI is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and delivery of DHS-owned and commercial training courses to the acquisition workforce nationwide. The HSAI training catalog contains over 100 commercial and DHS-owned online and resident course options. In addition, HSAI has introduced webinar-based knowledge sharing events known as Learning Café’s. HSAI anticipates continued growth in the volume of ILT, vILT, and webinar-delivered learning opportunities on an annual basis. The purpose of this requirement is to: 1. Provide comprehensive, relevant, and up-to-date instruction and curriculum to the DHS program management and acquisition workforce; and 2. Apply Agile and traditional instructional design processes to enable responsive curriculum development practices to deliver content and solutions to new learning needs. The Contractor shall be responsible for development of ILT, vILT, and eLearning training materials; delivery of training and associated materials; providing well-trained instructional staff to present curriculum in HSAI-provisioned spaces in support of ILT and vILT delivery methods, conducting quality assurance and control; testing of all materials IAW DHS Office of Accessible Systems & Technology (OAST) Section 508/Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG); and supporting eLearning and multimedia development.
