The Technology Partnerships Office (TPO) is seeking a software database with multifunctional modules and customization, customer relationship management, and records linkage and management capabilities that support the technology transfer infrastructure in the following areas:
- Transactional and Co-Development (Collaboration) Agreements;
- Inventions;
- Intellectual Property;
- Licenses; Grants;
- Marketing
The objective of this procurement is to acquire a commercial off the shelf reliable, secure, and scalable database system that meets TPO’s specific needs and enhances overall efficiency and is FEDRAMP approved.
The software database solution shall meet all requirements specified here in. The system shall be a commercial off the shelf, reliable, secure, and scalable database system that meets TPO’s specific needs and enhances overall efficiency and is FEDRAMP approved with multifunctional modules and customization, customer relationship management, and records linkage and management capabilities that support the technology transfer infrastructure in the following areas:
- Transactional and Co-Development (Collaboration) Agreements
- Inventions
- Intellectual Property
- Licenses
- Grants and Marketing
- A web-based application interface.
The period of performance is a base year with four option years.
