The MCIEast, Regional Contracting Office, aboard Marine Corps Base Camp (MCB) Lejeune, North Carolina requires services for the development of administrative policies, support personnel and specialized capabilities to facilitate the successful implementation of modernizations efforts to provide the government an engagement strategy that advances distribution capabilities into the future with well-developed analytics, proposals, research, and requirement documents that engages distribution modernization efforts with actionable agendas.
It is the Government’s intent to issue a firm fixed price contract in accordance with FAR part 13 and 13.5. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. This will be an unrestricted solicitation. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12, 13, and 13.5. The Government intends to award to the offeror whose quote is the Best Value for the Government. Award will be issued on an all or none basis.
The solicitation No. M67001-24-Q0013 will be posted on or about 15 days after this posting and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website www.sam.gov. All prospective offers interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code).
