The overall objective for the IDIQ contract is to procure integrated, Systems Engineering, Logistical, Analysis, Mission Continuity services with deep understanding of the DoD and US Army geospatial technical landscapes.
The contractor will provide services of AGC’s delivery of secure, modern, agile, effective, and efficient geospatial enterprise services by optimizing the efforts, interdependencies and synergies of projects in the AGC portfolio. The contractor will implement best commercial practices, new/emerging technologies, and streamlined approaches that afford AGC the ability to improve performance and geospatial service offerings. The contractor will provide technical expertise to AGC in the development, implementation, transition (in as new programs or out as sustainment), and delivery of responsive, customer-focused services, within defined technology offerings and established frameworks. This contract will be used to provide multi-disciplinary support for AGC, and its directorates’ projects of varying duration as specified in task order requirements. Some projects will span the entire period of performance and multiple task orders may be executed at the same time. Task order requests may include requirements from any or all task areas. The Contractor shall follow a performance-based management approach throughout task order execution and is expected to surge or reduce support relative to demand.
1.4 Scope: The scope includes a full range of integrated Technical Services, Systems Engineering, Data Management and Analysis, and Mission Continuity Support services and solutions necessary for AGC and its customers to satisfy its mission. Services under this contract will implement industry-tested best practices and comply with all federal, DoD and Army regulatory requirements and standards. The contractor will provide personnel with demonstrated expertise in all of the existing AGC material solutions as well as new solutions acquired by the Government throughout the entire period of performance of the contract. The contractor will adapt and adjust to changing requirements from numerous sources and apply agile management and engineering principles to ensure that requirements are fulfilled efficiently and effectively. The contractor will offer innovative solutions to the government and implement the recommended solutions upon government approval.
