This acquisition vehicle depicts and embraces a lean agile perspective to capture and innovate the comprehensive USACE Enterprise Modernization Strategy needs and requirements for USACE/CW /PID.

The National Programs Branch mission is tasked with the enablement of an Information Technology /Information Services (IT/IS) delivery through the continuous improvement, operation sustainment  configuration management, DOD and Army cybersecurity compliance, data analytics, training and communications support centered on the utilization of a cloud service provider (CSO) and its cloud service offering (CSO) – i.e. Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) for an U.S government automated information system (AIS). The primary ambition of this acquisition is to increase the Enterprises responsiveness and efficiency to deliver critical mission support and services to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Headquarters and its partners to align interoperability and the necessities to attain a federated architecture as it applies to the whole of the US Government.

Anticipated PPM SERVICES support and/or work categories with planning activities:

  • Software Configuration and Management, or in support of other services will include but not be limited to:

  • Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) **NOTE: Support services WILL NOT include the acquisition of SaaS or IaaS

    • Meeting hosting
    • Meeting facilitation
  • CyberSecurity Safeguarding, Artifact Creation and Documentation:
  • CSSP /C5ISR
  • RMF /eMASS management – POAM and supporting Artifacts
    • Service Provider (CSSP)- C5ISR
    • Web service security and open API System Architecture
    • Authentication, authorization, single sign on integration
  • Zero trust design principles
    • Cloud storage management and security
  • Multi-Media and Communication Support o Print
  • Newsletters
    • Web Content Management (WCM)
  • OIC -Data Integration and OAC Analytics: Assessments / Evaluation/ Model
  • Development / ML/ Gen AI
  • BEA Planning Solutions and Data Management Services
    • CW turn-over /transition plan from Legacy to CLOUD migration -Pilot to IOC-FOC
  • Migration planning, including developing the migration roadmap and briefs
  • Providing recommendations to the government for the industry/service model
  • Provisional Services and Data Support.

The period of performance (POP) for this requirement includes a Base Period and two (2) One-Year Option periods.
