DOD US Army RFI: $40M SharePoint Support and Sustainment

This is a non-personnel services contract to provide SharePoint (SP) Support and Sustainment (S&S) to the U.S. Army’s Installation Management Command (IMCOM), including all IMCOM’s Major Subordinate Commands and garrisons.

The primary objective of this PWS is to provide SP S&S for IMCOM’s SharePoint Online (SPO) organizational site collections, under the Army 365 (A365) environment, as follows.

• Provide SharePoint Sustainment
• Provide SharePoint Support
• Provide SharePoint Support for Training Site
• Provide Project Management Support for SP S&S
• Provide Required Documentation and Reporting

The current Government contract that these services are being performed under is W15P7T12DE003 / Task Order: W56JSR19F0072.

The scope of this PWS includes, at a minimum, that SharePoint S&S team shall provide highly specialized professional expertise to support the goals of the Army 365 (A365) SharePoint Program.  The SharePoint team shall employ Microsoft’s A365 SharePoint best practices.  All S&S administrative activities shall involve close coordination with the Contractor Officer (KO), Contract Officer Representative (COR), Contract Officer Technical Representative (CTOR), Government Representative and stakeholders.  Program objectives for this S&S contract include, but are not limited to, improving the provision of S&S and Helpdesk support, project management support for S&S documentation and reporting.  Additionally, the Contractor shall provide data migration concepts, best practices, testing, and data migration support and troubleshooting when requested by IMCOM/G6’s Government Representatives or by the COR/KO; verification, validation, transition, and support.

The anticipated period of performance is one (1) 12-month base year and (4) 12-month option years.

In order to determine if sources capable of satisfying the agency need exists, the Government will consider all SSS responses received, particularly those received from 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, or small businesses.
