Protests Dismissed: $34M VA Acquisition Support Services IDIQ
Both known active GAO protests filed in relation to this recently awarded Department of Veterans Affairs requirement have now been dismissed.

Contract Award: $74M DOD OSD Joint Staff J6 Analytical, Technical & Functional Services
This global leader in the integration and application of information technology, engineering, and science to solve customers’ most demanding problems was recently awarded a new 5-year contract with the Immediate Office of the Secretary of Defense.

Update: DHS CISA Cybersecurity Operations and Engineering Support Contract
Those firms who may have been eyeing the recompete of this requirement to provide a full range of Security Operations Center (SOC) technical support services of all Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Federal Information Security Modernization Act FISMA systems, can now plan to spend their B&P dollars elsewhere.

NASA Goddard Space Flight Center seeking Chief for Software Engineering Division
Savvier firms will be looking to influence who applies for this role that is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and conducting programmatic activities falling within the role and mission of SED at Goddard Space Flight Center.

Protest raising concerns of Appian-based contract-writing software systems dismissed by Court
Protestor argues that three procurements, along with other actions by the military in connection with these procurements, indicate that the military intends to procure only proprietary contract-writing software in the future.

Army RFI: PEO C3T Project Manager Mission Command (PM MC) Fires Support Command and Control (FSC2) and Industry Day announcement
Program Executive Office Command Control Communications – Tactical (PEO C3T) and Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) will establish a consortium like model for the development of the modern digital fires products needed to improve decision making and accelerate kill chains against a near-peer threat.
