Nearly 5-months after Prime awardees were announced for this multiple-award two-part BPA out of the Department of Homeland Security U.S. Customs and Border Protection covering various areas of Information Technology, Professional Services and Enterprise Application Development (Emerging Technology Data Transformation Development & Maintenance), and after a string of challenges were put forth with the agency, GAO and the Court of Federal Claims, late last week, this case was closed and a judgment was entered.

Pursuant to the court’s Opinion and Order, filed February 28, 2024, granting defendant’s and defendant-intervenors’ cross-motions for judgment on the administrative record and denying plaintiffs’ motions for judgment on the administrative record, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED this date, pursuant to Rule 58, that judgment is entered in favor of defendant and defendant-intervenors

More details will undoubtedly be posted in the days ahead in the form of a redacted decision document. For now, barring an appeal from one or more of the challengers (the case had ben consolidated), this issue appears to have been put to bed, thus allowing the agency to proceed. More will be shared as it is made available.
