The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Information and Technology (OI&T), Software Product Management (SPM) Health Services Portfolio (HSP) Healthcare Environment and Logistics Management (HELM) Product Line requires software maintenance for International Business Machines (IBM) Maximo software products currently in use at the VA. A perpetual upgrade is also required to the Cloud-based version of Maximo; Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
The Contractor shall provide to the Government monthly pricing for the existing Maximo version conversion until such time as the upgrade to the Cloud-based MAS version can be completed, or a prorated cost for current-version licensing applied to MAS perpetual upgrade cost. The version of Maximo currently in use at VA reaches its end of life in Fiscal Year (FY) 2025, the VA plans to migrate to the MAS sometime in FY24 or FY25.
