Collaboration AI, Minneapolis, Minnesota; and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, were awarded a $9,784,673 Small Business Innovation Research III firm-fixed-price contract action for a computer application software development program. This contract provides for the Operational Systems Development of a digitally networked ecosystem, with the primary software being developed to deliver a program called NetworkOS. Work will be performed at Dayton, Ohio, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2025. This contract was a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2023 research, development, test, and evaluation in funds the amount of $9,784,673 are being obligated at time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8604-23-C-B037).
