VA recruits former AWS and Cerner leader to serve as Deputy Executive Director, VHA Communications

Said Joshua Hillebrand as part of his announcement:

“This Monday, I began an exciting new chapter as the Deputy Executive Director of VHA Communications at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. This mission is deeply personal to me, as I have family and friends who have served—and continue to serve.

There is so much important work ahead “to fulfill President Lincoln’s promise to care for those who have served in our nation’s military and for their families, caregivers, and survivors.” I’m honored to join this mission, ready to roll up my sleeves and get to work.”
