USAF Sources Sought: Drug Testing Laboratory (AFDTL) Information Technology (IT) Support Services

The intended purpose is to reestablish back into one contract the two-performance based non-personal services requirements to establish a base plus four-year central contract, hereafter referred to as the Contractor, capable of providing AFDTL IT Support Services.  The contractor shall provide qualified contractor employees to perform information technology support, medical laboratory support, and technical services for Headquarters (HQ) AFDTL, Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland AFB, TX.

Performance Objectives

• Pulling and preparing specimens for storage, shipment, or destruction daily.
• Review, approve and edit data ensuring accuracy and is submitted within 48 hours.
• Comply with quality control procedures.
• Perform tasks IAW Federal Regulations, DoD directives, Air Force policies and AFDTL SOPs.
• No major errors or omissions involving positive or negative specimens may leave the laboratory.
• Maintain production schedules and deadlines established by section supervisors.
