ITC announces multiple new key senior leaders – Twarek, West, Becker, O’Day

Siobhan O’Day joins ITC as the Director of Marketing & Communication. She will lead the team in creating and implementing innovative and strategic marketing and communications plans aligned with future growth while ensuring that the ITC brand and standards are maintained throughout the company! Melissa Twarek will be the VP of @Department of Veterans Affairs – Endpoint Support and Operations Monitoring (ESOM) with expertise leading large, technologically diverse, and geographically dispersed teams. Her experiences are a key fit for this new contract, and has hit the ground running as we onboard staff across the country ensuring that delivery and operations will transition seamlessly. Amy West is joining the cadre of Vice Presidents as VP of Corporate Performance and Quality Assurance. Amy’s promotion is a reflection of her leadership, collaboration, and expertise in standardizing enterprise processes and policies. In a short time with ITC, she quickly established herself as a trusted advisor, compassionate leader, and agility to manage multiple projects that culminated in increased tactical sales, more efficient processes, and securing ISO, CMMI, and CMMC accreditation.
