Navy Sources Sought: Mission Support Workforce Model

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes NAVFAC’s requirements for contractor support for a mission support workforce modeling effort. This PWS includes an eight-month period of performance during which the contractor will provide mission support workforce modeling services. NAVFAC’s objectives for mission support workforce modeling are to:

• Develop a statistically valid model that predicts mission-support workforce requirements to support NAVFAC HQ budgeting for SIC LA
• Field a reliable mission support workforce model to Component Commands to assist in year-of-execution resourcing decisions
• Deliver an initial win for enterprise NAVFAC workforce planning, increase collaboration between Component Commands and NAVFAC HQ on workforce planning, and generate support for broader workforce readiness initiatives

This PWS provides for an eight-month period of performance, which will begin on the date of award of this contract.
