The scope for this requirement is to support CDC’s digital communication activities by providing CDC with assistance and expertise across key areas of digital support including, but not limited to Web Content Management System (WCMS) management, hardware and software needs, security, software design, project management, technical web production, metrics, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), 508 support, content strategy, design, user experience, and coordination.

The support required for implementing this new business process will ensure that CDC can manage CDC.gov with an enterprise lens to support the most effective and efficient technical web and digital presence, focus resources on priority topics and events, and provide the best user experience and up-to-date information to the public.
