Objective: To develop and implement a cloud-based software system subscription for streamlined record keeping related to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of vessels and equip under the custody of NNSY IAW NSTM Ch. 583 Boats and Small Craft in the U.S. Navy.
Scope of Work: Contractor shall provide a cloud-based software program designed specifically to support boat maintenance. Service shall include cloud-based access to software, pre-programming of vessel specific equipment, required maintenance actions and intervals. The cloud-based software will collect, store, build, and maintain a database of maintenance actions performed to each component of each boat as required by NSTM Ch. 583. The contractor shall review the list of government owned equipment for NNSY, provided as Government Furnished Information (GFI). The contractor shall research Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) maintenance requirements for each item and populate regular maintenance requirements into the cloud-based software. The contractor shall also research applicable state and federal requirements which supersede the OEM maintenance requirements and populate the information into the cloud-based software. In performing this task, the contractor shall perform an on-site review of the government owned equipment to identify the recent maintenance information to use in populating the information in the cloud-based software. The contractor shall deliver could-based software records for the government owned equipment.
Vendor is to provide at a minimum (1) administrative account capable of making changes to intervals and maintenance requirements and at a minimum of (15) “user accounts” capable of documenting and logging maintenance performed by personnel. Vendor to provide customer support during normal eastern time zone business hours (8am-5pm, Monday – Friday, excluding government holidays) as needed to support NNSY needs and requirements.
The period of performance is a base year plus four option years.
