An August RFP for the recompete of this DHS U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) / Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) requirement will draw interest.
The focus of the next generation of this 5-year contract will be to provide the ICE OCIO with advanced technical solutions to streamline and optimize the ICE HRIT. The winning contractor will assist in the management, testing and administration of both Program-wide, enterprise-wide, and Project-specific requirements for human resource activities from onboarding through attrition.

The RFP is tentatively expected to be released on 8(a) STARS III in mid-August.
