Upcoming DHS S&T PMO Support Services RFP Set for Post-Thanksgiving Release, Designated for 8(a) Set-Aside

The community of 8(a) federal contractors is abuzz with the recent announcement from DHS regarding the forthcoming release of a Request for Proposal (RFP). Expected to be issued just after Thanksgiving, this RFP is focused on securing Program Management Office (PMO) Support Services for a new 3-year contract with the Department of Homeland Security’s Science and Technology Directorate. 

The contract, while not of a very high value—anticipated to be just under $10 million—is significant for its competitive nature and its role in enhancing the capabilities of the Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs) Program Management Office. It is expected to attract considerable interest due to the wide range of support services it covers, which include:
